Body:  The fuselage consists of left and right side frames, front frame, base  frame, side cylinder support and cover cylinder support, respectively. The  cover plate is hinged to the left and right side walls through the two  axle shafts from the support hole on the left and right side walls. The door slides in the support groove on the side wall. All the inner walls of the material box are equipped with guard plates to facilitate repair and replacement after wear.

Master  cylinder: The master cylinder is a double-acting, single-piston rod  type cylinder that is bolted to the right side frame of the fuselage. The  cylinder is equipped with a piston and a YX-shaped sealing ring is  mounted on the piston to form two oil chambers in the cylinder. When  the high-pressure liquid acts on the sealing ring, the two wings of the  sealing ring are tightly attached to the piston and the cylinder wall  to ensure that the two oil chambers are not collateral. Both  ends of the cylinder are also equipped with sealing rings. The cylinder  ports are also equipped with guide sleeves for supporting and guiding  the piston rod. The piston rod and the indenter are fastened with a screw flange.

Side  Cylinder: The side cylinder is mounted on the lower part of the door  beam, and is hinged to the support hole in the rear part of the right  side frame with two half pins. The piston rod and the pressure head are  connected by a screw flange for secondary compression. Initially shape the material in the compression type.

Cap cylinder: The cap cylinder is a double-acting, single-piston rod type cylinder. The two axle shafts are hinged to the body cap cylinder support seat. The piston rod and the body cover are hinged with a pin to drive the cover for rotational movement.

Gate cylinder: The gate cylinder is a double-acting single-piston rod type cylinder. One  end of the cylinder block is supported on the bearing support at the  rear part of the left frame of the fuselage by a pin. A rectangular  flange is screwed on the outer end of the piston rod, and the flange is  connected to the door with screws, so that the gate cylinder  reciprocates.

Locking  mechanism: The locking mechanism is composed of a spring return  cylinder (one-way action of the piston, resetting the piston by a  spring) and parts connected to the front frame. Two sets of locking mechanisms are installed side by side in the upper hole of the front frame. The  locking pin, the piston rod and the guide rod (into the oil) are  integrated to ensure that the cover-locking-opening and other actions  are repeated.
