1.  Wear tight protective clothing before operation. Fasten the cuffs. The  hem of the jacket must not be opened. Do not wear, remove, or cloth the  body next to the starting machine to prevent the machine from being  injured. You must wear a safety helmet. The scorpion should be placed in the cap. No skirt or slippers are allowed.

       2.  Before the baler works, start the equipment idle for 3 minutes. At the  same time, check whether the oil level of the fuel tank is sufficient,  whether the sound of the oil pump is normal, and whether the hydraulic  unit and pipes, joints, and pistons have leaked;

       3. When the cover cylinder handle is turned to the return position during turn-up, push the turning handle. Every turn around the turning board should be cleared in time to prevent jamming;

        4.  When packing, the operator must pay attention to safety, even packing,  and stuffing in place. The above box cover door should be closed to  start packing;

       5,  the hydraulic handle should be quickly pushed to the designated  position when packing, to prevent the valve from blocking and the  hydraulic oil flow is not enough, resulting in the motor over-current. Every action is in place, the valve handle must be restored to the neutral position;

       6. Close the door cover when shutting down, then stop the motor and cut off the power supply;

       7.  After the package is completed, all hydraulic rods must be retracted  into the hydraulic cylinder to prevent dust from damaging the seal ring  and leaking oil.

       8. Do maintenance work on a regular basis and find that oil leaks from oil pipelines immediately look for machine repairs;

       9. If abnormality is found, stop the operation immediately and exclude the reason.

       10. After the cover door is opened, it is strictly prohibited to operate the door to prevent accidents;

        11. The oil in the tank must be strictly filtered and always maintain a sufficient amount of oil. The oil tank should be cleaned and replaced once every six months;

        12.  Each lubrication department of the equipment shall be required to add  at least one lubricant per class, and clean up the debris in the  material box once per shift;

        13, when more than one person at the same time operation should be clear division of labor, to avoid the risk of misuse. Persons  who do not understand the structure, performance and operating  procedures of the main machine shall not start the machine without  authorization;

        14. Stop the machine immediately if there is a serious oil leak or an abnormal phenomenon occurs during the work. Do not look into the area where the oil is sprayed. Do not block it with your hands. Do not force the sick to operate.

        15.  When the machine is in operation or packing, it must not be repaired or  moved by hand. It is forbidden to press the material in the material  box by hand or feet;

        16.  When the pump, valve and pressure gauge are adjusted, they must be  performed by experienced technicians. If any pressure gauge is found to  be faulty, it should be repaired or replaced immediately;
